Let's say Dennis and Shane agreed to play a race to 100 over 3 days for $10K total(5K each player(or backer) at Steinway. Shane puts up on FB that the money has been posted by both teams.

Al is doing the stream and its $25 total for 3 days(there will be a $10/day option as well). It is disclosed that Dennis has none of his own money on the line.
Dennis and Shane gets 50/50 from the stream. Steinway/AL splits the door entry in some way.

4.25" pockets 9ft Diamond table. Delta-13 rack, Winner breaks.

Voted yes, as I think it would be worth watching, but truth of it comes down to timing...would I be free to watch all three days of it? $25 is a lot for if I can only watch for a day or so. If there was a $10/day option I'd definitely watch at least for one day I'm sure depending on my schedule. I watched the final night of the Ko match and was happy to be able to get the single evening stream. Just can't always devote three days in a row to watching, as nice as that would be.

HELL NO! :grin::grin::grin:

I wouln'dt buy it because I'm sick of these long races. They suck to watch.

But, your terms are not the reason. I think your terms are perfect! And that is how these matches should be going forward, imo. Just keep the races to 17 or so!

Did not buy, timezone issues, always have been with us living in Asia, we must not sleep to be able to watch ppv live matches in America. There has to be a solution to this to at least bring bigger buyer pool into the sport from the entire world.

Didn't buy any of John French's nonsense before or now. Won't, either. Might change if he's legitimate and gets some big fights up with escrowed, ready cash.

I am a buyer. I bought the TAR matches when there was no money in the middle.

I did enjoy the last day of DCC 9-ball much more when it was down to 10 or so players and it was a race to 9. Race to 13 would've been even better. Every 2 hrs it was another intense match of 2 world class players.
