WPBA event in Tunica

Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone from the forum will be attending the 1st WPBA event of the new season in Tunica (or Robinsonville), MS? It is being held at the Samstown Casino, February 25-29.

I know that Sarah and I will be there of course, but will any of you? If so, please come and say Hi....I would love to be able to put faces to screen names!!

Hopefully you are both in the last few days of the next Lincoln City, OR tourney. Went down this last time over the weekend and had fun, but had to work all week during pre-tv play and couldn't get down there.

Good luck. I'll be playing in my first semi-big tourney in Seattle this next weekend, so we'll see how that goes. Probably get the Vancouver B.C boys/Atwell to be there. Give it a shot.

Melissa, I'm coming on Thursday morning and staying through the finals Sunday.....Have Gremlins cell phone number and hope to meet him and maybe a few others. Can't wait to watch you and Sarah....will be looking for you first day.....This is better than a Super Bowl for me.....Good luck and see you there.....mike

Oh, Karen beat Vivian in Mr. T's invitational at Nanuet N.Y. last week 9-8.

Well, I think Sarah won't mind if I speak for her and say that both she and I are planning to still be in on Saturday...LOL. I look forward to meeting you and any other forum members!!

Be sure to come up and introduce yourself! It is always a real treat to meet other pool players and fans from across the country. Last year, I made some good friends from all over, and it is fun getting to meet someone and then looking forward to the next year when you can run into them again!

You are right Melissa, I don't mind if you speak for me! I hope we are both in on Saturday, not playing each other. I too would like to meet everyone. Be sure to say stop by and introduce yourselves.

I have absolutely nothing against Allison, Karen or Janette but Rich is right. I would love to see Sarah and Melissa in the finals. Pool needs it. Plus, they are our "Homies". Best of luck to both of you,,,,,,,,,,,,,,$Bill

I will be driving down early on Thursday AM and stay thru Sat night. I love watching the early round matches and seeing different players working so hard to reach the highest levels.
