Ramona opened an upscale room in down town Albuqueque around 20 days ago.It is on central Ave and 3rd street.I wish I were a journalist or a poet to describe this gorgeous place. At the entrance I was greeted by neatly dressed bouncer.Once I entered I felt that I was in a very expensive Italian restaraunt. At the counter a very neatly groomed young female checked me in along with the lady I was with . There is a lounge area with nice couches and chairs. There were several young male & female Servers dressed in clean well pressed white shirt tucked in dark colored pants with small apron around the waist.Tables were brand new Brunswick Gold crowns with Simonoes( spelling) cloth. There were 15 or 16 nine footers, 4 bar boxes, one American snooker table.Space between the tables is adequate but not lavish.Carpet was thick and soft with new Mexico`s earthtone colors.Mens restroom was nice with faded blck back ground and the countertop for the sink is more than 6 feet long and is in one of the NewMexico`s earthtone color.
This is a high dollar place.Service was excellent. When I returned to my hotel I felt bad for not tipping the waitresses well.I gave only 20% tip.For the service they provided me and my friend I should have paid 30% of the Bill.
Some of u might know a player from Argentina by name Eduwardo... he is the House Pro there.
If u are driving on the Nation`s highways like I do,u may stop in Albuquerque and take a peek at that place. From Interstate hwy 25 take central ave exit and go west towards down town ,after few traffic lights u see the room at 3rd street.
SJM you should consider going to USOpen in OCT so that u can visit this gorgeous room.
SJM should consider coming to USOpen in OCT so that he can visit this gorgeous place.
I wish all the success to Ramona for this venture.Cheers
