Ouch for Jeanette Lee. She has Jasmine Ouschan in the first round. Talk about bad luck of the draw.

I see Holly Sholes is playing. Haven't seen her in the brackets in quite some time.

Jeanette Lee vs Jasmin Ouschan and Tiffany Nelson vs Pam Treadway int he first round. Man, it's gonna be tough on the losers side of the brakcet early in this event.

Xiaoting Pan is the hot player and the one to beat, but it would be nice to see Allison Fisher and Karen Corr reassert themselves after a slow start to 2007 for both. Ga Young Kim, Kelly Fisher, and Jasmin Ouschan would certainly seem to be title contenders.

One thing I'm wondering is whether the ladies who played in the World Championships will have an edge here.

Should be a great event, and I'm seriously jealous of anyoine who's going.

Did anybody see the TV coverage of the Carolina Classic?
I don't understand, with all the WPBA changes they say things will be better.
The coverage on TV was academic at best. I sure miss the way TV was covered before.

I'm cheering for my favorite, Pan Xiao Ting, but there are a lot of good players who can win at any time depending on how they are playing that week and how the rolls go.

Just hope for a good competitive match from/for all.
