WTB 2009. Updated discussion...Who is out and Who is through...

Apparently, there are conflicting info posted on the above bracket and the results below:
http://rayasportslivescore.blogspot.com/

Anyone have answers?

Not sure, but that 2nd link is full of errors. That much I do know. It says certain players played each other who aren't even in the same group. lol

Also note that in the first link, there are no scores for the matches, including the ones beside Souquet's name. It looks like the match hasnt been played, even though they've said he lost.

Yeah, i figure that too. Many players from different group played together according to that table. Hey, maybe they include the $ games in too ya?

Well, i gave up looking at updates on other links. Might as well stay on AZ to get updates .Would be a huge shock for the No1 seed to be knocked out this early.

Ralf Souquet isn't out yet, the match hasn't been played.
The website is full or errors...
Actually, it's hard to get any true information :)

On the AZbilliards group stages it says Ralf Souquet won 9-3 over Steve Villamil.

Ooooh nvm the main website says he lost the match after that. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Ralfy!!! :( Well this tournament sucks now without Ralf in the last 64

We're talking about his 3rd match, the one against Mario Tollentino. The one bracket says he lost.....and that Mika won his match. And yet, neither match has been played.

Don't be sad. The matches havent even been played. Look at the scores besides their names... 0-0

Haha,They probably do that on purpose to generate interest so people would buy the stream or watch the live telecast tomorrow.:cool:

Yeah no kidding, I wanna no if Ralf is out now lol. Theres no way hes out this early, it's just very un Ralf Souquet like.

SVB went out in 2.....so it's certainly possible. I just dont think any of the 3rd matches have been played. They aren't scheduled till tomorrow, so I think it's very unlikely that Ralf is out.

Someone just wants to collect their sweat bets early. :p

And i thought today is judgment day ,no?

Tomorrow = Philippines time. They're a 13 hour offset, so technically our tonight is their tomorrow.

(confusing)

Jay said that the live ESPN STAR stream via SOPCAST/TVU (full production with commentators) will start at 10 pm US Pacific Thursday night or 1 am US eastern Friday morning. We will be having 6 to 7 hours of free pool viewing for 4 days until the finals on Nov 30.

I will try to provide a link later today so you can just click on PLAY and you can view it on SOPCAST/TVU.

Known personalities that are out are:

SVB(USA), Hung Hsiang Wang(Taiwan), Pulpul(Philippines), Philipp Stojanovic(Croatia)

So , does that means ralf is still in? Or is he an unknown?

Thanks Jhun. Keep the updates coming on this thread. It's confusing looking at the other sites ya know

Day 3 schedule

http://www.worldtenball.com/WTBC_Schedule.html

These are the matches for Friday, starting at 11 am Manila time. I'm on the east coast, so we are 13 hours behind, meaning that to watch we would tune in beginning at 10 pm Thursday night. My mind is a little cloudy this morning, having stayed up all night watching pool, but nevertheless it seems that none of these guys scheduled to play on Day 3, Friday, can be out yet. Ralf Soquet is scheduled to play Mario Tolentino of the PHI. I reckon this is the win or go home portion of the loser's bracket, with the winner of each match advancing to the 64. Is that right?
