I have this 2x4 Instroke from when Instroke USA was run in Greeley, CO in the early 2000's. Whatever leather was used it seems indestructible and a stray piece was used for the strap, but it's a tank and has served me well over the years. I would do $200 shipped CONUS.

It's the brownish one on the left w/burgundy leather pockets.

Try looking Jim Baxter on az. He always has affordable cues. If it were me I'd buy a premier vinyl black Instroke new from billiard warehouse
Very nice 2x4 for less then 200. And takes a better beating then leather. But get the back one. The burgundy doesn't look so hot up close. Or Kopy kat cases 2x4 also nice. Probably the 2 best new cases for under 200 glw your search
