He wants a UniLoc radial pin. The original UniLoc joint is a piloted quick release, but they also make a radial pin wood-to-wood pin. DP uses them, as well as many other cue makers who use a radial pin.

Uniloc Radial Shaft

Here is Lucasi laminated shaft with the same diameter as the 314-2. I believe that Predator makes these for Lucasi. It is 29" but a good shaft and a good price:
