My son is 6'5". I'm close to having a custom built for him, but I thought I would see what is out there first. Looking for around an 18.5 / 19oz.

I'm not sure of your price range but Troy "KOINNKID" has a 62" tasc. You should look him up.

Bob Frey or.......

If you check my 4$ale thread at the bottom of my signature I've got a couple cues you may want to consider :grin-square:

Another option is Paul Allers out here in the Northwoods he's the go to guy for 60" cues; that's Paul's specialty for sure -- makes a fantastic playing cue

joe callaluca (joe c here on az) has a beautiful 60" cue for sale at a very reasonable price. i think i have some pictures and i will post them.

I have a very nice Carolina Custom that is 59.5....
selling it at a great price of $200 shipped.

This cue is $300 new from Carolina and is in excellent condition.
A nice stiff solid hit. Medium balance point but weight can be adjusted to make it lighter and adjust balance point.
This cue plays great. I am 6'3" and it has played perfect for me.

thanks.

thanks for the heads up, but I am looking for a lightly used one since I wouldn't be able to get a new build by Christmas.

I would contact Paul Sumrall of S&S Cues.
I have had 3 of his cues & I still have the 1st. cue that I rcvd. from him.
He uses his own parbolic type taper & it plays real solid, but nice like a Harris or SW.
You get a whole lot of cue for the money with him.
He may even have something new for you available now.
