Wishing all the fellow AZers a Safe and Happy New Years....

My wife is wanting another cue. I bought her a McDermott a few years ago and it is just too heavy for her..

If anyone has anything out there, shoot me something or post in here. Doesn't have to have a girly look but just a girly weight:p

lighter cue

There is an 18.5 oz tru balance conversion made by Ariel Carmelli for sale at westerncue.com. Look under tru2 in Ariels' section. I saw the cue(s) at his shop and I know for a fact they hit really well. Happy New Year, Kent
 
How about a dufferin blank 3/8x10 threaded into a Predator 314 with a pressed elkmaster tip?

$175 shipped in US.

Weight is 17.7, tip approx 12.5, & the shaft was sanded and turned down to remove the predator logo.

Shoots very nice, and the butt is a little narrower too, 30.5mm if I recall correctly. Butt didn't get quite matched up at joint, but barely noticeable. A little more sanding would take care of that.
Very sneaky with black ring only at joint.

BigDaddy, are you still looking? I have a nice custom cue by Alabama cuemaker Clint Putman. It's wrapless, with a BEM handle and rosewood forearm and butt. Very nice looking and nice playing. Weighs 17.5, and has a 1 oz weight bolt that can be removed to bring it down to 16.5. In spite of the light weight, it has a firm, predictable hit. I'd let it go for $200 shipped. Let me know if you want some pictures.
