WTB AUTHENTIC Moori tips

Can anyone tell me a store online to buy AUTHENTIC Moori tips? I know there are a lot of sellers out there and that there are some fake Mooris going around. If you have authentic Mooris, let me know but do realize I'm going to be extra cautious.

I plan to buy 20-30 for myself and friends at the club

Never seen a fake moori yet. You should check out http://www.cuecomponents.com/mooritips.html. Joe prices are very reasonable.

AZB member Matty always has some. I think he recently posted for the newest Mooris. Also, Koinnkid always has plenty.

Curious...how do you tell fake Mooris from authentic Mooris?

Definitely have heard talk of fake Moori's, not sure if I've seen any though. I believe that is why they started using the holo-label years ago. Hell, I could be playing with one right now...
 
Here's one way!

If the layers are very uneven is a clear sign and if you rub your finger up the side of the tip and it feels at all jagged is the other.From my experience any layered tip that has uneven layers are no good.
they make for bad cutting on the lathe and layers loosening over time.Takecare

Hey Joe thanks for the bump!! :smile:

the fake moori tales originated from brutal business tactics taken by sellers encountering some undercutt on price, business is all about competition, while I don't really appreciate those make up stories try to lure customer from rivals , not ethical at all!! :(

For years I have never seen any fake moori tip around, so don't be scared by rumors.
