I just picked up a really nice one from KOINNKID. I'm sure he has more available.

You might also check with Martin at Superior Cues. He has some nice select wraps.

I would suggest Kenny Koo (flyingsnail) to get a wrap from. He has top of line skins to offer. I know you wrote you wanted to have your cuemaker install the wrap, but Kenny is one of the best out there to do it for you. He installed a lizard wrap for me and I could barely see a seam. That is very tough to accomplish with a lizard skin. First class service and very competitive pricing.
