J&J J/B cue is a great cue for the money. I think they are around $80.00
I have a friend that has a great Stinger jump/break. I know this because it used to be mine. Great jumper and smashes the rack too. Send him a message if youre interested.

for that kind of money, just check out J & J break/jump cues. i have one, colored butterfly points with a phenolic tip. i'll say it's a helluva good break cue and a good jump cue as well. but for the money you want to spend i'd buy a j & J again.
