looking for a cloth (velvet, chamois, etc) sleeve to store my 1x2 Ron Thomas case in.

Look in the local new paper for a little old lady doing Dress Making, and Alterations. Sometime the stores that do alterations will take on a project like this reasonably.

Definitely crossed my mind to do just that.
