Anyone have a Chudy merry widow they'd like to sell at a reasonable price? Something like in the attached pic, although I don't really need the fancy wrap.

I saw an Ebony Mcdaniel selling here awhile ago that looks exactly like the ebony Rc3 in your pic, along with the wrap. Maybe the ringwork might be slightly different.

If you're not specifically looking for an Rc3, you should consider the Mcdaniel

GL on your find!

Cheers,
Clarence

I have the top one, ebony with ring tail lizard wrap, ivory joint and ivory butt cap, 4 shafts, two original rc3, with ivory ferrules, med morri tips, and two predator 314 2nd generation shafts. The cue from Richard cost $1,950 the two extra shafts, one has been played and the other has not. Looking for $2,400 but will listen to offers. The ivory joint was an additional $350 and so was the butt cap.

Richard has had a few sneaky style earlier this year but sold them both, they sell $850 brand new with one shaft. I also got a quote from him on a plain jane with a wood handle and the price was either $1250 or $1350, $100 extra for the wood handle, so you can get a plain with 2 shafts for either $1150 or $1250 brand new with an irish linen wrap. He told me turn around time was only 2-3 months also. I was about to pull the trigger on a wood handle Chudy until I found the cocobolo leather wrap plain jane here on AZ. I will probably still get a wood handled one next year sometimes definitely too after seeing how good they play. My friend has one and I loved the way it played but was unsure if they all played similar or not. They do, very consistent hit and balanced like you wouldn't believe. My friends is 18.9 oz which is way too light for me with most makers but I could easily play with his at 18.9 or mine at 19.4 oz. HIs cues play amazing, good luck on your search man, very good choice, Trav Dorn.

Thanks, Trav. I talked to Rick earlier this year and he quoted me $1150 for a coco plain jane with a leather wrap, so your numbers are right on.

Good deal man, that is a bargain with this type of playability. I will keep my ears open also if I run across one locally.

There's one on cornerstone it has points but it's priced right I seen it a while back eBay for cheaper he may make you a better deal on it
