I have 2 cues from Dan Janes that are one of a kind.

The one directly below has 4 sharp points with the green veneers that your looking for. the cue comes with 2 shafts. Price is $950 shipped.
I know its a little more than your looking for but make an offer if you like it. Im sure we can work something out.

Also have one thats a little more expensive but meets the requirememnt your looking for.

this cue is an 8 point cue by dan Janes of Joss and is also one of a kind. the 4 longer points are sharp.

Prather full splice

I have a Prather Series 1915 Titlist tribute cue. Full splice, Bocote into maple w/4 veneers natural, orangish/brown, green, purple.

58" overall, joint is 3/8x11 brass pin, brown phenolic rings, ivory hoppe ring, 15.4oz butt
1 old growth shaft 12.85mm/3.8oz/melamine ferrule/super pro tip
Also comes with a custom matching set of Jim Baxter Bocote JPs.
The butt and shaft are perfectly straight. No dents or dings anywhere. No bluing on the shaft.

You might want to check with Paul Sumrall with S&S cues out of Lubbock, TX he could build you what you want. He does great work and his cues play out of this world. Call him up at (806)778-1957. He will do you right he is a very stand-up guy and great to business with check him out.
