wtb fellini style case

Looking for a 1x2 or 2x4 fellini styled case with accessory cup and no pouch. Maker is of no importance, but if someone could chime in as to who made these types of cases it would be greatly appreciated.

I have these new cases available but none of them have the acessory cup. They are very nice cases made by Ron Thomas (far left) and (3) GTF.
