WTB ferrule material

I have a two part question. Anyone know where I can buy some BRIGHT yellow ferrule material? I have some florescent yellow that's the new "micarta" but I’m looking for some the same color of a one ball.

If I can’t find any rod material does anyone know if a one ball is yellow all the way through? You know where I’m going with this one.

On the Aramith premium balls, the color goes all the way through, except for the portion that the number is in( the circle is white all the way through)
I use balls for the joint in some off jump cues and have cut up a few

The material your looking for is not made any longer. Originally it was produced buy Westinghouse, however, when turned the color lightens up and it will take many years to change back to the yellow your looking for.

Also the Westinghouse Macarta has asbestos in it so when you cut and also when your cleaning up you need to wear a good filtered mask at a minimum.
