WTB: Good Custom playing cue

I have never owned a custom cue and I'd like to have a good player. Nothing fancy, just a solid playing cue with a good shaft. I know its not custom, but I would consider a mezz with wd700 maybe. Price range around $500 give or take a few. Thanks
