Never heard if the sale has been resolved.
Very nice cue that ScottR has and it would be an ideal cue in any ones collection.

Has anyone dealt with Mr. Abbott? Can you tell me what the experience was like? I am constantly flipping through his cues and though they seem to be priced high, I like the selection and would consider buying from him.

I HAVE TALKED TO AND DEALT WITH MR. ABBOTT PLENTY OF TIMES. HE IS A MAN OF HIS WORD. I'VE NEVER HEARD ANY THING BAD ABOUT HIM FROM ANYONE. HIS PRICES MAY BE A BIT HIGH, BUT WE'RE DEALING IN COLLECTIBLES. IF WE WANT IT, WE'LL PAY FOR IT. DICK IN MY OPINION IS MORE OF A COLLECTOR THAN A DEALER. HE ONLY BUYS CUES HE LIKES. JUST MY 2 CENTS.

I've bought cues from Dick Abbott and he's an honest guy. He doesn't have the cheapest prices on his cues, but he'll negotiate with you. He's been around a long time and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again if he had something I just had to have and I had the money.
