Hey man, I don't think you'll find something here that cheap. I think you/ he can buy a nice new Players SP for that money. There pretty good to start with. Imo.

My vote. If he is good and wants to continue go ahead and buy him a Players cue in the G-series they are extremely good players for the price. They run from aroudn 75-120 in that range its a little more but the cue is worth alot more to be honest. I shoot with a G-2222 and I liked the hit on the cue more then some of the few hundred dollar cues I have shot with.
