Contact the company at the second link and see if they will do quantity discount. At one time they did post here on AZ. The one negative they did get into a dispute with a fellow AZer about the Finger Wraps if I recall. I do have a couple of the chalk holders like the ones you want from them that I bought direct when they were getting started. Definitely quality.

I got this style from a company listed on Alibaba. They might have what your looking for. 100 cost me $139 with shipping if I remember correctly. PM me and I'll send you the email address of the seller. I've purchased 3 times from them with no problems whatsoever.

You can pick up 100 for $3 each. If you want 50 of them, $3.50.

What does the seam side look like where the seam comes together?
 
The ones from Alibabba look quite alright. It looks like they are thick enuff to not stretch.
The ones that I bought were made. altho of very nice leather, had a habit of stretching.
Big pain in the butt. I had to wrap masking tape around the chalk to tighten them up so they wouldn't fall out of the pouch.

Brup, if you are planning on making your own, may I suggest looking at the thread that Chop Doc posted in re leather thread.

I had to fix several chalkers that were strung with heavy cord.
The cord itself, from rubbing on the back of your pocket will wear them out in no time flat.

Then, when everything lets go, you end up searching for all the little parts in the carpet of the pool hall.

I went to a fabric/sewing shop and bought a length of the leather cord.

Restrung them and have had zero problems wearing out since.

Just a thought.

Let me ask, and it's only a guess because I haven't heard of this problem in 6yrs, are you talking about my product? The Euro Pocket Chalker? I ask because I'm the only one who makes them without any glue and there are loose 'bits' on them. On the other hand, it may very well not be mine because we have the snap strap cover to wrap around and hold the chalk in tight so they won't drop chalk. Can you post a link to the thread and comment you mentioned re leather?

If you're talking about 'one of my products' I would seriously be interested in talking about what happened and how you fixed it. And since I guarantee all my products 100% I would be interested in making things right by you by either sending you a few complimentary chalkers of a different style or even a refund if you're unsatisfied.

If we are talking about my product, please send me a photo so I can see what's up and I'll take care of you.
