It has 3 shafts, ebony into maple. 4 point, 4 veneers with black and blue. I had matching block joint protectors and it plays...really plays.

Shafts are (1) 12.75mm about 1" shorter than the others.
(2) 13.00mm + one with moori, and one with Lepro or triangle.

Cues like this are like hens teeth. PM me if you are seriously interested with a email address and I will send pics.

Thanks for the note Ken. Not sure which one you have, with those veneers being very unusual. Other than those veneers, these cues are far from rare. There must be dozens and dozens of them out there. They usually sell for $600-$1,000. Again, not sure we are thinking about the same cues.

I'd like to add this little note, the style of cue I'm looking for is from the later 70's to the early 80's. I'd even just take a butt as I don't need the shafts. Something like this...

Okay you got me.

I take a dozen of 4 point, 4 veneer Josswest cues @ $600 each.

You get em, cause I have the cash ready for immediate purchase.

LOL. Problem was when I saw them all go by, I wasn't looking for one. Isn't that how it always goes.

Obviously the cheaper ones had some serious mileage on 'em.

^^^ Thanks for the heads up, but with a quick glance, that appears to be too early. Seller states this is an orig Joss. (68-72 era).

Good choice my friend. I have two ealry JW's. One like your description with the original cortland wrap. I love the clean, classic look. Not for sale but good luck with your search buddy.

No pointer

I have a BEM plain jane no points.
All birdseye, steel joint, with a wrap, sideways W.
About 30-years old, very good condition.

This cue is really plain jane, but it's straight and it plays great.

Anyway, I'm sure there a some 4-point JW cues out there.
They were made here in Colorado, but everybody always wants a lot for them.

Yep, this is actually only to make a nice set with my other 79 JW. The one I seek will essentially fill the break cue role.
