$500.00 REALLY! ....What a Joke! Some people have NO CLASS!
Very nice cue JMURPHY. This is the first DH-4 I've seen with a steel joint!
And as for Mr. "redsvan" Yes, it just so happens the cue I have was custom ordered by me in 1989 with real silver & gold inlays! And yes Ivory points & shield. The shield had my initials put in from the factory not afterwards. And the red pinstripe in the points was added from the DH-3 which Bob Meucci liked & began making an option at a later date. The retail price on a DH-4 new was between $650-$750 dollars depending on how many shafts you wanted. When I picked up the cue at the Billiard Trade show. Bob Meucci told me, he would value this cue at about $1500 dollars! I was a Meucci dealer then and paid wholesale price.
It's been my past experience cues go UP in value when taken care of & are over 20 years old.
This cue was custom ordered from Meucci with the steel joint.
no offense but if you havent got the job done here by now, you probably wont, and to the other posters these cues had zero ivory in them unless it was special ordered that way, they used ivorine in the dh cues , your best best is watch ebay, youll find one there soon,,,,,gl
