I have never seen a BB with a piloted Ivory joint (that doesn't mean they don't exist). The ivory joints I have seen that Tony does are sleeved ivory over a piloted SS joint.

Ivory joints

Tony does make piloted solid ivory joints, but it is a rare thing, If I am correct he has only ever made 4 of them . So they are going to be very hard to find. I have 2 in my collection, and one of them is my playing cue. and I have honestly seen this cue do things that I cannot do with any other cue. I believe it is one of the best playing cues in the world. So if you can find one - it would be well worth it.

Are you familiar with piloted ivory joint over SS sleeve that DJKeys is describing? Are these "rare" as well?

Jazz-

Tony started doing these as a standard joint in about 2001-2002 I believe. There are enough of them out there that I doubt that they would be considered rare. They sure look great, though.
 
DJ is correct the ivory over stainless joint is pretty common on a Black Boar. I wouldn't consider it an especially rare feature. There are some photos here.
