I am looking for a Plain Jane cue for my son, in the $200 - $300 price range.
Please post pics and specs. so we can decide which cue would be best suited for him.
Nothing too stiff please.
Thanks for your time, and I look forward to seeing what you guys have to offer.

EDITED TO ADD: We are really not interested in acquiring a production cue. Thanks

lol, ya beat me to it, I was going to recommend the Falcons that you have listed on here.

I've never tried one with a big pin (3/8-10), but know the 5/16-14 stainless joint plays as good as a Joss....and these having sharp points, and colorful veneers, look better IMO.

If they don't sell, you could probably unload them pretty quickly at the Derby.

I have a William Woodworth cocobola. Only 1 shaft pictured but 2 shafts original. App. 19 oz. Really soft leather wrap. $325 shipped in US. Tim 919 247 3391

Thanks bud, they are great cues and I have had a good deal of trade interest. The veneers are bright, sharp points, they are brand new. I did test hit the one with the big pin as you do not see them often and it hits great, softer then the stainless jointed Falcon's obviously but still very nicely.

Since its for your son, if you do decide on one of my cues I will throw in a new jump cue for him too. ;)

Thanks for all of the replies so far.....

We are trying to stay away from the production cues, but we will keep our options open.

I saw a PJ Chad Carter on here the other day that was sweet...That is the style and type of hit that we are looking for.

Keep them coming please!

Thanks for all of the replies, as well as PM's. We are still looking..
Thanks
Todd

The Kilby cue in this thread is still for sale at $300 shipped. The advantage of this cue at this price is both a 28" and a 29" shaft. If your son is still growing he may be most comfortable with a 57" cue now, and go to the 58" later. This cue has a solid but not stiff hit.

There is an African Blackwood cue by Brian Mordt kicking around in wanted for sale for $300 ish with one shaft. Best deal going on AZ now I think. I don't know the guy selling it but I like Brian's cues. Great value there.

My head is spinning.....So many nice cues to choose from, but we will make a choice by tomorrow. Keep them coming.
Peace

What type of cue is this, specs, price, etc?
