WTB - Playing Cue ( 500-700$ Budget)

Hello to all my fellow AZ'ers!

I have been playing pool with a very basic cue for a little while now. And right now I feel like buying a new, better one as a gift to myself.

I want to spend 500-700$ on a cue, can be brand new or used but ''like new'' condition.

My favorite style are the balabushka inspired cues, the 4 pointers with colorful veeners. I'm also a big fan of the linen wrap. That's basically what I'm aiming for. I am not a huge cue geek so I'm not aware of all the custom cue makers and I'm really open minded so let the offers roll.

I also live in Quebec, Canada, so your price must include shipping to my door.

Thank you very much!

You will get messages with a lot of different options. If you would like to bounce some options off me and get a second opinion then shoot me a message.

Lots of good options out there. I would recommend Steve Lomax, who makes very nice custom players.

cue

Hello again.
Since you didn't like what I offered. Then here you go.
Another az member has a Bill Webb , snakewood points and gorgeous BEM
This cue is probably the best deal on az. Also the vern horn 1985 for more of a traditional look.

So there you have it. Two great cues at exceptional prices. Your hunt is over. Good luck.

another great recommendation

That Pierce of Cleitons is gorgeous. And priced right. This az member. NEVER has second rate cues and cases. His taste on buying and selling is impeccable. I will guarantee that if you buy from him you will be 100% satisfied. CR has probably the best cues on az money can buy. Also his eye for outstanding craftsmanship is always on the mark.

page 14 is the Webb

There you go. Page 14. Bill Webb. Put a new tip on and you have a gorgeous ( light ) colored cue. At half price. If you dont like that, then I have no idea what to tell you.

Please tell me your not one of these guys who just wants people sending pictures of cues. ?

This is a nice cue and deal. The one Cleiton showed you is absolutely stunning from one of the best cue makers on the planet. And priced right.

No I'm serious about buying a cue and have the money ready. I just think that this cue will be the one I use for a while and I don't want to have any second doubts when I do make a purchase.

It's an investment so, by all means, take your time. Don't let yourself be swayed or even deterred by the pressure that some try to put on you. It's more of a buyer's market right now and you can afford to take the time to ensure you purchase exactly what you want in your price range. Everyone has their own opinion of what constitutes a great cue and a great deal. Ultimately, it's your decision to make in your own time. Good luck in your search.
