I am looking to spend less than $200 on a cue that is new to me. Must be in good shape and roll straight. 19oz. or less. Maybe you guys could even throw in a case to help this college student out? I have been searching these classifieds but figured it might be easier to have you guys throw some offers at me. Thanks!

Some good advice, save up another $200...once you get into the 400-500USED cue range, you could get yourself something pretty decent with some good value...
Or even in the $300++ range theres some really nice sneakies from some good cue makers..

2. KRB Valley conversion cue 17.5 oz 13mm micarta ferrule. This is a 59" cue. 29" butt and 30" shaft
