Your best bet could be to buy it from Abe Books, which is a good site to find used books, remaindered books, and so on. You could pick up Fancher's book for about $8 - $10 including shipping. The prices on Abe Books will sometimes be a bit cheaper than what you find on Amazon.

I borrowed a copy from a friend. Reading it right now, on page 40. Freaking amazing. Almost one of those books that you want to keep a secret, but can't. Think I might find my own copy.
