WTB: Predator 314 1gen 5/16x14

Methinks this belongs in the Wanted/For Sale section - doesn't seem like a request for "Cue Machinery and Supplies"

i sold one a while back and i've been kicking myself hard for it ever since. they're really really hard to find. you can get a new -2 one for $300

They come up in the For Sale section on occasion, just have to be patient.
Also the odd OB shaft will come up to. I got a couple of good OBs for a good price. Thats always an option.

You still might pay a premium for a 1st gen shaft tho as they are a bit rarer in good condition. No one is going to give one away.
 
im trying all kinds of shafts right now, i recently bought a 1st gen 314 shaft which fits 5/16x14 and I should get it within 2 weeks from now.

I tried the 314,2, the Z2, and the mezz wd-700. for now im sticking with the mezz.

once i get the 314 i'll test it, and i'll let you know if it will be for sale or not.

I don't know where you get your 'facts' but once again you've missed the mark.
Seyberts sells new, completed Predator shafts for $250ish and under.
They also have Gen1 partials in stock.

i don't know where you get your thoughts on me but i haven't missed the mark again or in the 1st place. if you want a predator shaft with the united joint the price is going to be around $300.

It did take me back though. All the way to the playground in elementary school.
I believe that's the last time I heard that one.

Your first post says $300. Now you're saying around $300.
How about $233.75?
That's a long way from $300.

nope it's not a last resort. it's just the truth. you wanna act like a dick people are going to call you one.

300 is what you're going to end up paying for a predator shaft if you want one with the united joint.

I try to keep a little Kosher when possible. But then, you know....
To clarify the price, while it states 'sale price', that is actually Sey's everyday price.
Hopefully the OP clicked the link and saw for himself that he could have the shaft he
wants, at that price, whenever it's convenient for him.
I'm not playing salesman here, I just didn't want him to be discouraged by another 'quote'.

discouraged??? it's not the price that's the most likely to discourage him. it's all the cracked shafts and ferrules predator puts out these days
 
okay well i bought a 314,2 from seyberts, added 25$ for a 12.5 mm, total i paid was 225$

its the one with silver ring, 5/16 x 14, fitting for Schon, but i think it fits the other ones too

i tested it for 30 mins.

now let me see anybody interested, give me a pm
 
It may or may not fit other cues besides Schons.
It depends on who built the shaft.
The Schon pilot is .530" diameter so you would want to measure that before assuming it
will fit other 14 thrd. handles.
