I'm looking to buy a Richard Black or Paul Mottey cue. I am not looking to put it away. I started playing again after 12 years and I want a cue to play with. Something in the $2000.00 range. Will go higher for the right cue but would rather not. Needs to be at least a 4 point. I Had a Black Baron years ago and would love another, also had a Richard Black Hoppe, Double Oval and a one of one with tons of Ivory. Had few high end Mottey cues also and regret selling them after seeing the prices now days. You can email me direct at shizzy319@msn.com if you have anything I may be interested in.
Thanks

poolrod has a nice RB for sale dropped all the way down to $1400 .. has 4 points, 4 veneers, boxed veneers in the butt, and inlays. I've been looking at that cue for weeks. Someone should jump on it. Great deal.

Thank you for the plug. A great cue indeed.

Oneshotswiss has a sweet looking Richard Black that he was trying to sell. It fits your descriptions pretty well.

I know you said Mottey, but Jim White's cues are from the same shop (obviously) and play/look as good (maybe better).

My reason for bringing it up is that poolrod also has a sweet White cue for sale in your range. Please buy it because it has been tempting me for too long! :o:thumbup:
