I hate you !!!!!!!! :D

Hay Tommy

I wouldn't sell that monster for anything. The Phantom custom four point cue is discontinued. Anything under $2200.00 is a steal.
Timi and Mike made a limited batch. I saw the straight grain forearms for a couple of them when I visited the boys! This was about the time Mr Mike came out with his new joint custom line of high end cues.
They were not pleased about the cues being called sneakies. They had thought about it remarking to me that there would be alot of people down the road wishing they had ordered a Phanton because it wasn't happening again and in fact there hasn't been any more produced.
Mike's cues were easy to come by then. All you had to do was call and get your order in.
That was three years ago.
A while back I heard that maybe there would be a suped up version of the Phantom with 6 points! But those weren't Timi or Mike's words. I still liked the idea and thought nice!
Russ I have a thought for you so I may call!
Nick :)

Thanks, Nick. What you said. It's no longer for sale. It has been my playing cue for the last 4 months. It hits them as good as anything.

In all honesty I wasn't sure about the price when I first heard about it. After playing with it, I have no regrets.

i talked to mike a few days ago about ordering one of his cues, he is not taking orders right now. he said he has a 5 year list of custom orders on top of his own ideas that he wants to build...so im having another scruggs built. funny thing is, i was going to have mike build me one about a year ago or so, but i was bent on a certain type of ring that had steel in it. mike will not put steel rings in his cues so it ended up being a scruggs also. at the time there was no wait and i could have had it in 6 months.

Everyone should understand that just because there are no veneers this cue is spliced and built like any other custom.
I have a Jensen "sneaky pete" that is really a custom cue; it has 4 short spliced bacote points attached to a one piece bacote handle, sure it looks like a sneaky pete but is a true custom cue regardless of appearances.
Just my 2 cents
Paul
