Looking for a reasonably priced scruggs SP. I don't mind if it is is rough condition, however it must have at least a straight butt. Also, I would be interested in a straight butt of a designed butt. Let me know if anyone has anything around $200.

He said scruggs sneaky pete, as in the SPs with the Delryn butt with the TS on em and wood2wood joints. Bamacue sold one earlier today at 750ish I think, it was snapped up almost immediately. That cue was in good condition though, and had a nice wrap on it.
 
I have one that is as plain as it gets ( looks like a bar cue, logo between the points). Made of purpleheart. It is for sale , but it will cost you a bit more than $200. Pm if interested , or if you want pics....
 
If 400-650 is in your budget, PM me and I can give you a number to call for someone that might can hook you with a choice between two or three pretty nice ones.
 
Affordable SP

I've owned several TS SP's and I think I may have stole one on EBAY several years ago which needed to be refinished for around $350. You will be hard pressed to find even a simple bar cue style TS SP for much less than $400.

But, never say never -- best of luck in your search :thumbup:
 
regarding scruggs

Actually, I was only inquiring about the Butt end of the cue, not the entire thing! I already own a scruggs, I just to refurbish one... So, does that clear the picture for yah.:thumbup:

Your original request probably wasn't very clear.

Send what you have to Tim Scruggs for the refurbish. It will be done right and much cheaper than trying to buy used parts and doing it yourself.

Easy as that.

scruggs butt

actually I want to buy a used rough consition butt ot have reconditioned and then use a shaft I have that would fit. I have a 25 yr SP that hits great, just want to create one w/ another shaft I have.
