I think I remember that cue selling from Jamie if I'm not mistaken for around $1,400.00 about two or three months ago.
Not with scallops and points for sure.

No chance. If I'm wrong...well then...I'm just retarded. I've been before...I'm not afraid to be again. LOL

i just wish I could hit a few racks with a sugartree fancy sneaky. Im really looking for a good hitting cue to travel with since my gus is no longer going fedex.

whats the deal with these ST cues? Is it the hit that is making them so in demand?

That Eight point Cocobolo into Old Growth Birdseye is kickass. Wow, who bought that on here? Are u interested in selling it now?

Just think. That was $1800 LAST YEAR. The cue that Troy has at onthehill.net not only has scallops on the handle in addition to being an 8-pointer...but theres usually an upcharge for woods like amboyna burl...over something like purpleheart or cocobolo. Burl's simply more expensive.

That cue is not at all out of range in my opinion...despite the fact it has not sold. It's just a matter of time.

And...I don't believe "old growth" refers to the birdseye maple forearm...but the shaftwood. You can tell just by looking at the pictures...the wood is darker. I've had the pleasure of owning a small handful of Sugartree's...but haven't been able to enjoy playing with an old growth shaft yet. From what I hear...the hit is superb.

Yes i did say i do have a 6 point 3 high 3 low with 3 shafts. Mayby only seen one nicer and it sold for $2400 i think. Check the pics out on Vinniebabarooch site 12-04-07. It took some heavy trading and hard cash to get this one. it's been in my safe, for safe keeping. Go ahead and check it out. Wallace

Spliced handled Sugartree cues

The two 8-point butterfly scalloped cues the Worminator had from Eric were priced a little under 2400.00, and the 8-pointer with a wrap was about five hundred less. I have the bacote burl cue and the cocobolo sneaky. Both cues had two shafts.

$2400.00 is not a bad price considering the work involved in building them and the rarity. I'm sure those handles took a lot of time as there are a lot of splices in the handle. Plus it is an 8-point Sugartree. These cues are the most stunning non-inlayed cues i've seen, and again, they are Sugartree's.

My bad it was more like $1850 I still had it on my PM's and it's not the exact cue.

I love Eric's 8-point cues. I'm soon to be the proud daddy of the cotton candy lookin' cue near the top of the batch pictured below...

Pink ivory and east indian rosewood....
