wtf hercek hoppe cue

I am looking for a hercek hoppe style cue with ivory plug(no bumper) would prefer ebony but would consider rosewood. would like colors in the veneers. If there is anyone out there that their name is coming up soon on herceks list and they intend to just resell the cue I would like to talk to you..maybe we can make a deal and I can get exactly what I want.
 
I have seen an ebony Hercek like you describe, and the owner posts here. I will say good luck getting it from him, as he has told me that this is one of the best hitting cues he has ever had, and his collection is quite nice.

There is a price to everything, though.....
 
I know what you mean Ross, I am tired of waiting though. I have 4 years to go so I don't have as long as some people. I was doing a search last night and Dakotacues sold one in May that I would have loved to have. Scottr has one I like but the veneers are natural and ebony. I really want some color in the veneers. I don't like the hit of ivory joints either so it has to be stainless steel but would love to come across one that is wood to wood with 3/8-10. I realize this will come with a price but I am ready to deal.

I have never met Bill but I have spoke with him a few times. seems like a great guy. I recently moved from michigan to florida. when I lived in michigan I was going to meet Bill to hit some balls with a hercek he had for sale but it didn't work out. that cue he has right now is just not what I am looking for. I am very biased. I don't want a ivory joint, it needs to be bumperless and have the ivory plug, no winows or inlays in the butt just the hoppe ring. it can have inlays in the points but doesn't matter either way.

duh: when I wrote the title I honestly thought I was saying wtf-where to find. wasn't thinking. my wife told me what that is supposed to mean. I will stick to just saying what I mean..no short cuts for me

I was just thinking that as I looked at duke@neo.. (whatever the hell his name is)'s thread about Wanting a Gilbert B/J!!!

I mean, Andy makes a nice cue but, c'mon!!! :D
