Whats going on is I didn't get the cue, but I'm getting the shaft.

This guy has a myspace account...maybe it's time to leave some remarks on his myspace page about the where abouts of the cue you paid for..oh and don't forget to leave the link to this thread as a friendly reminder.....That might get his attention, or his myspace buddies attention...

Also, did you verify if he negotiated the postal money order? If so, notify the postmaster and the postal inspectors. They will also have a forwarding address, especially if you pursue the matter through them.
This is really unfortunate. I had a great transaction with Adam just recently. I would not have thought he would rip you off, Courtney.

I wouldn't link this site into myspace.. You have any idea how many accounts get hacked on myspace? Maybe get them people doing it over on this site too.

Hey Tony, yeah if you check the main forum there is a thread in there titled Adam Jadusingh, if you get on there you can see everything going on. It kills me that slipped up on shipping the cue, got busy with work and moving and all of a sudden I am the biggest bastard on the planet. I've ordered cues from people and waited 3 months to get it and didn't get pissed. I know I should have stayed ontop of it better, but thats in the past, I shipped the cue last week, so I no longer have it. according to the post office if it's not there by Friday I can start an investigation but not untill then.

Most of the people on AZ selling and trading are really nice. You had to be more carefull with what happened. The reason why you got so much heat is because of bad deals that occured on AZ. Be carefull next time.

So you understand that you are responsible for the cue and no one else. By Friday, if the cue has not appeared, will you refund this man's money and start that investigation? All of AZ would like to know.

I will start the investigation. Depending on what the Post Office says I will either refund his money or make sure it arrives. Thats the best I can do or say, everyone on here can continue to ***** cry and moan but thats where I stand. After this gets done with though I am over this site, 90 percent of people are far to quick to jump to conclusions. God forbid someone actually has a legitimate issue. Thats all I have to say as far as that goes.

2. It did take a very long time to ship the cue, and I can only attribute that to poor judgment on my part. I left the cue with someone I thought I could trust to ship the cue while I was busy moving and he let me down.
3. When I emailed Courtney the Tracking number on the 10th I also explained that the cue did not get there till after 3:30 and so it would be shipped first thing the following morning hence why the stamp is from the 11th.
4. If you call the post office give them the number there record shows recept of the package and shipping information but for some reason you have to speak with a person cause the automated system does not have the info.
5. I no longer have the small paper reciept that they gave I believed that the only thing I needed was the reciept that is pictured, in hind site I should have kept both but didn't think it was nessicary.
6. My move cost me alot of money and unfortunatly I do not have an extra 550 laying around otherwise I would just refund it and be done with this whole thing. But like alot of people I am selling my cues to try and subsidise my income untill the economy turns around.
All I can say is the cue is shipped, I am sincerely apologetic that it took the time that it did but again it is in the hand of usps. Hopefully it will get there as the person there told me which is today or tomorrow. If it is not there by Friday I will address that with the post office as recommended.
