There's another tournament comming up in Taiwan later this month. I think it's an invitational. Not sure what the entire field is yet, but the TV ad shows Reyes, Pagulayan, Yang, Chao, Wu, and Suquet. I'm sure most of the other Taiwanese players will be there, as well as some other international players.
From the Taiwanese players, I think Yang, Wu, and Chao are the 3 elites. Pure skill wise, I think Yang is undeniably the best; he just hasn't won a WPC yet. The 2nd tier you got Hsia, Kuo, Pei-Wei Chang, Hung-lu Kung, and maybe 1 or 2 more. These guys are almost as good as the elites, and some has done very well in international tournaments, and can often upset the top 3. The 3rd tier and down players are too many to list, way too many. These guys are very good and are capable of winning international tournaments (and some has). The names of these guys can be found in the last 64s of the WPC brackets.
