Wu Yu Lin 9 Archer7

Chang Scratches at 8:8 but the 4 & 8 are tied up. Shane almost hooks himself getting on the 3. Now he is lining up to play the four safe - gets perfect shape to freeze the cueball to the 8. Plays the safety. Cuts off the kicks.

Jay is announcing. Says Chang has almost no chance to hit the four. Chang had to spin the cueball one rail and hits it on the way out. Leaves Shane a TOUGH match shot right here.

Chang hits the four and leaves Shane a shot. Now it all nerves. Shane makes the four and five gets in line for the six - shape on the eight is what's tricky. Gets PERFECT on the eight. Standard draw and IT's over. Shane comes through!!!

Shane won from being 7:2 down but Jay and the announcer agree that both Chang and Shane played badly and that Chang essentially gave it away.

But a WIN is a WIN.

Gotta love Matchroom - Double J - Jeremy Jones is announcing. He just said, "let me tell you another thing about Mika....."

Just kidding - he's announcing though.

Gee!

You think Archer missing a 9 ball when it was 5-5 had anything to do with his losing!!! I think so.

And I hope Shane got his 'bad match' out of the way!

Thanks for the updates, I've been too busy lately to watch it myself...and this is the only way I'm able to keep up.

Must say Chao played well but Archer made a couple of mistakes, disappointed to see a great player go out but that was always going to happen when 2 champions collide.

Johnny can't be good

because he is going home. Didn't break well, Chao did. Johnny missed some hooks, left windows open, Chao runs out. He seemed to be a little off this trip, not quite on his game.

Cold Face Killer :D sorry johnny. I never count chao out in wpc play.

I hope svb have his game on. He could meet yang, yang will not choke like chang.
