I have made 20 X Breaker caps, do you think they look good?

I would like to hear your feedback.

Thank you.

Excellent! You should show off your stylish polos!
Unfortunately, the polos are all gone before I have a chance to take any picture!:(

Caps

yes, they look okay, but I would dress them up a little more by making
the edge of the bill red (and maybe the whole underside of the bill red), and maybe the strap in back red.

Or maybe, a little 'X-Jumper' on side towards the back.

I think it looks great Richard. I like simple designs that are bold and easy to read. The colors go great with each other.

I used to digitize and run embroidery mainly on hats....that looks like quality work.

Here is a quick snap of someone wearing the new X Breaker cap.

Nice looking caps Richard.

I'll go with putting a nice red line on the bill as snapshot mentioned.

A small X-Breaker logo at the back with the URL is the nutz. :D

Thirds on that!!
I deffinantly love it. I would love to have 8 Polos for when I travel and play.

What would you say to a patch? IMO, I like the Idea.

If he could do fitted I'd buy one mad quick, they are just more expensive and harder to do.

Looks good to me.good job overall imo.

My favorite adjustable cap has a leather strap with a belt/buckle kinda clasp.Much better looking then velcro or plastic ...just a thought, check em out if you like...much classier look imo.

Otherwise stick with what you got if its cost prohibative.Looks good.

Icon of Sin, I am afraid I do not understand what is meant by "fitted?"

Can someone please explain it?

Blowfish, do you really want to wear a cap with the web site on the back, or do you suggest that because you think it is best for me as far as marketing is concerned?

JCIN, The company who does the X Breaker logo for me is quite good, they also do all the patches for Safeway and many big companies. I am very pleased with the quality.

It is lined with a material called Coolmax, which helps to move moisture away from the body to keep the person cool and comfortable. I think it is important to have a comfortable cap for someone who wears one for long sessions of pool.

Do you all like black, is that a cap color that you would wear on a daily basis?

Thank you.

Richard

I like it, you definitely don't need any extra colors.

Fitted caps don't have the strap in the back, they are made by hat size.

Hi Richard,

The purpose is for marketing as well. Who knows what's an X-Breaker. Not trying to knock your product, but honestly, I've spoken to players and they don't know what an X-Breaker is.

Thanx, Jhun

Jhun,

I see what you are saying. The X Breaker is not a mass production cue, and I am not suprised that a lot of people have not heard of it yet. There is still a large market out there for me to capture.

Going back to the logo and web site, thank you for your concern. I know I should use every chance I have to expose my product and brand image, but I don't really want to do it, unless the web site is really what the customers want to see on the caps.

This may sound silly to you, but after thinking about this for a long time, I have decided to make something that I believe my customers would enjoy wearing, rather than using this as an opportunity to advertise.

I have seen some shirts by a certain company, which features a logo on the right sleeve, left sleeve, front chest, and also the back behind the collar. To me, it is a shirt designed in very poor taste, with its sole purpose of increasing exposure of the brand logo at every angle possible.

I designed the X Breaker logo myself, and I am proud of it. I want those who like my design, and/or identify with the X breaker to wear the hat, and like how it looks.

I am only making very small number of these caps, just hoping those who like how it looks would feel good wearing them, that is all.:)

Do you think the logo is of the right size?

Thank you so much.

Richard

I think that's a good approach. It looks good, then people will ask, what the hell is X-breaker?

Caps

Right now, what is popular are the Nascar caps with lots of color.

What catches your eye on a glance is the RED, that's why I said the edge of the bill should be red, and a red leather strap in back with the buckle adds class to the cap. I have a super bowl cap that has a suede bill which adds a lot of class to it.

Maybe, instead of the website name, you culd just put your new motto
towards the back (Faster, Higher, Stronger) in red. (or even a red FHS)

And to each his own, but if you grew up in the ole USA, we crease our
caps at the front crest like a baseball cap .... LOL

The additional red I suggested would just be accessory red to help catch your eye, and then when facing the person, they would be drawn to the big red X.

And I would gladly pay for one. I had some people asking me about what is X-Breaker the first night I wore my X-Breaker Polo.

The Polo is neat. It has just like the cap except it is located on the left sleeve, so when you shoot everyone sees the X-Breaker logo on your bridge arm. (A team could have these and have their first names put on them on the left breast in red and they would look real good).

That's an awesome looking hat man... The red stands out, the size of the logo is perfect (IMO) and the stitching looks good.

Hey, when are we going to do that thing with the website?

The logo on the hat looks great. Is the the adjustment of the hat on the back done with the use of velcro strip? That is the way I like my hats are the ones that are adjustable with velcro, because of my big ol knoggin'...lol.:)
