Daz over Niels 10-4

Biado over Alex 10-8

Niels and Alex finish 5th-6th......

Final 4

Biado and Daz tied 4-4 right now on B side

Mika leading Wang 5-1 in hot seat match

F-kin Wang is taking a beating?

Yeah, Mika is making him pay for his mistakes. That's something SVB failed to do. Wang "zoned out" on that 6 on Mika's break and it cost him. Instead of being 5-4 now, it's 6-3.

Edit: Wang making lots of mistakes.
Edit2: Did Wang just take 2 breaks during this match? Isn't it only 1 break per match?

Mika leading Wang 8-5

Wang is fighting but clearly not the Wang of yesterday...

Mika continues to show glimpses of his incredible form of 2009....

Biado in a dog fight with a bulldog....

8-7 over Daz

Mika is gettin it hard, from Wang.

They are battling for every ball, but Wang seems to have the momentum...!

Biado beats Daz to hill 9-8

Mika butchers the 7 to get on the hill 9-6 and breaking....Then a series of ridiculous shots ensue.... The exchange is ended with a jump shot foul by mika that pockets the 7... Leaving Wang just the 9 and 10 w/bih...

Mika 8-7 ovver Wang... Mika breaking

Semifinal Getting Started....

Okay, we're down to 3 now...

Daz vs Wang on deck... Mika sittin up top after 10-8 win over Wang... Mika will have to play better to take this thing down... Was coasting 5-1 and 7-3 over Wang before letting him back in the set numerous times... The 19 year old chinese sensation showed lots of poise battling back and making a set of it.... But it's clear to most of us that the Wang today is not the Wang of yesterday...

Daz comes back on Biado for the hill-hill win...

Biado takes home $7,550 for his 4th place finish and incredible effort.... This man had by far the toughest route of the tourney... Sending one champion after another packing... Yet he didn't have enough in the tank to hold off the battle of the bulldog...

Short recap of Biado's strong B-side run after losing hill-hill to SVB...

10-1 over Oscar, 10-2 over Ralf, 10-8 over Hohmann, 10-8 over Dechaine, 10-8 over Alex, then losing hill-hill to Daz....

Incredible run by Biado indeed... Only falling one game short of sending his 3rd US open champion home packing... I feel that he would've been able to win this tourney if he was able to close out Appleton...
