You may be an AZ snob if...

You may be an AZ snob......

......if you are part of a clicky group and you take part in wolfpacking to pacify your own personal(I need to belong) insecurities.

.....if you are a "pro groupie" and you think that it puts them in "god like status" and makes them exempt from any criticism/humor for which you think is reserved soley for us ordinary fish.

....if you think certain AZer's don't have a right to voice their opinion, simply because it is not in line with YOUR own personal opinion.

Ooops, I feel some dissension within the ranks.:(
Time to go pop some valium.:D

Like I mentioned in a PM. In no way was that post directed towards you. Sorry you took it that way.

... you refer to rec.sport.billiard denizens as "bottom feeders."

But hey, at least RSB doesn't spew "server not responding" and "database error" 2-3 times a day!

Of course, RSBers sneer at those alt.sports.pool scumsuckers. :D

thanks Icon,

It's a way to easy to be misunderstood via the impersonal nature of the internet.Take care,

You may be an AZ snob....
....if every time you post on here you talk about hanging out with top players like Corey Deuel, or being with them at the time, just to try and come off as if your a top player or something yourself, instead of just the short stop that you are.

You maybe an Az snob.....

If you wolfpack Dr.Cue's Protege with your superiority taunts, when you are actually just a fish like him, who needs to come out of the closet.:D
RJ

....I am a fish.

In light of some recent posts...ahem, allow me to start this off, and no personal attacks please;

You may be an AZ snob if...You feel that $1,500 buys you an adequate entry level cue.

If you think even Meucci Originals are only
good as toilet plungers.

You may be an AZ snob if..

You're worried about posting or reponding to this thread on the grounds that you may incriminate yourself.

Hey! I resemble that remark! :D

If you believe and act as though you have more of a right to post your opinions than someone that has a lower high run than you.

You may be an AZ snob if....

I had to add this:

You're pouring over every post in this thread to see if anyone has mentioned you. :D

How about if you post just so you can see your avatar?! Does that make you an AZ snob...lol?

Nice cue collection!!!

Would you play scotch doubles partners with some pauper with a sneaky pete....ya snob ;) :D

Too true!

You might be an AZ cue snob if you think a cue has to have a logo.
You need to be on a first name basis with the guy that made it.
Otherwise it will warp and fall apart the first time it hits a ball :D :D

I have and do, although I'm not a huge fan of doubles in general. I sometimes even play with house cues...lol. I also often steer people toward solid production cues if they are just starting out or don't want to spend lots of money. As many others have said, I buy the custom cues I do because I like the artistic end of cues. Also, I like to come up with my own designs and think it is fun working with the cuemaker to bring something into existence that wouldn't have been without me.

More cash flow is the only thing that is currently stopping me(and other pool junkies) from enjoying what you are doing, regarding the cues "el snobo." :D
Good on you.
RJ

...If your avatar is so hot..you can't focus on....what were we talking about?

az snob

if, you post a cue for sale and set the price at a value over 50% above what you think its worth and then believe the cue market is slow when it doesn't sell.
Or you set a much lower reserve price on ebay after it doesn't sell for your asking price on AZ.
