For anyone needing a regular online Pool Video fix, I've set up a Group on Youtube to collect the premium Pool Videos there.

Or just search Pool in the Groups category on www.Youtube.com if you want to find it quickly.

There are 24 videos which make about 2 hours of entertaining viewing at the moment. As more videos are added it will become a very handy resource.

If any of you upload good video samples, join the group and add your video.

Yokita put up a great complete match of Wu Chi-Ching last week. That was worth throwing into the You Tube library.

It would be nice to have someone who has the BCN matches that used to be on google for free upload them to youtube.Colin thanks for the link.:)

My question is, was Ronnie just show-boating...shooting the wild shots he was picking? I would think that's just bad etiquette, especially in a "gentlemenly" game like snooker. ;)

Nonetheless, he is one superb shotmaker.
 
No worries guys...there's 45 good videos up there now including 9-ball, 8-ball, 10-ball, 14.1, snooker and some practice/instructional stuff.

I expect many more will be added so we'll all have a ready library of fast loading online videos.

Would be good if someone could break up some quality matches into 5-8 minute segments. Youtube says they remove videos over 10 minutes long, so the Willy Mosconi one may disappear.

Agreed, that clip has about half a dozen spectacular shots in a row. Ronnie is scary good when he gets his eye in.
 
Hey Colin, Nice collection of video clips! I especially enjoyed watching the Mike Sigel vs. Mike Zuglan match on straight pool.

I'm hoping people will post more 8-ball and straight pool matches. :)

Letting the white loose, and taking that brown in the side, it's clear to this non-snooker player that O'Sullivan was show-boating. I guess the frame was done, and a maximum wasn't possible, so why not? People in the audience seemed entertained.
 
Regardless if he was showin boatin or whatever. Still amazing shotmaking... prolly better than 85% here!!! lol
