That was horrible ,crappy playing on a Valley with red cloth .....yuck ! I do remember a good music video by Joe Ely ,shot at Skinny Bobs in Round Rock . Good shooting and a very sporty masse .

I don’t like country music but that song stuck a chord. I know some people don’t like the stereotype reinforced. It’s not the reputation of concert piano performances but at the same time those are kind of lame. Pool does have this stigma that’s been romanticized. But that’s better than being bland. It’s something. Having something that can be romanticized at all is a boon.

One of the stupidest things I've ever watched. The kid who played his role had obviously never played pool before. He was not well coached either. The whole theme of the video made no sense. To me this is the absolute worst role of McConaughey's life! He should try to get this buried. A waste of three minutes. I can see no redeeming value in it. That's my take!

Agreed. The only redeeming thing for me was seeing him getting his face bashed in for being a pompous ass.
