I don’t get to Denver that much anymore and never played in larkspur. But if I found myself 20 miles from Sedalia I’d get a cheeseburger at Bud’s for sure
False Torrification just requires little to no oxygen in the atmosphere. It can very much be done in a chamber pumped with an inert gas
100% false. Torrification is done in atmospheric conditions with inert gas (nitrogen) pumped in. It can be done under a vaccum but that is a much much more complicated massively more difficult thing to do than using inert gasses to displace oxygen in the air.
All industrial Torrification is done via inert gas injection
He doesn’t go to as many events as Manas, Januarta, Fogel … might be a Polish contingent thing. They hunger to be big stars. I am not sure about Kural. The 22-year old Szymon Kural (Fargo 799) belongs in the conversation. He is a former World Junior 9ball champion and got to the final of a major at the 2025 Qatar 10-ball.
nope... might not answer all thread until tomorrowPush?
You are right on the money. Mosconi would kill everyone in 14.1 if you sent today's players back to 1950. Slow, nappy cloth, ivory balls and high-deflection wood shafts would be the bane of all of the modern players. No doubt about it.The GOAT debate is pointless to me. You’re dealing with different eras, different equipment, sometimes different games.
You take Shane or Efren and make them play Mosconi 14.1 in 1950 on those tables with those balls, cloth and cues and I don’t think they’d like the match up.
If Efren was AJ’s vintage he’d jump like a kangaroo. And probably kick a hair less well.
I think the best you can do is try to pick who is the best player of an era. I think Shane is the best of the 21st century so far.
