the tiny minuscule tolerance your talking about is not going cause that to happen. I’ve never had any problem racking the set of tungsten I have. They rack just as tight as when I rack my centennials or arcos. Now I’ll concede if you buy some shitty $50 set off amazon it will be an issue but not with Dynaspheres

Putting draw on a cue ball can transfer a bit of top/follow to an object ball. Occasionally useful if you want to follow that OB into a pocket behind another ball, but I don't know if that's what you had in mind and I don't know that I would necessarily call that "throw"...
