Don't judge pain solely on age. With my right shoulder though it is just pain (well and instability). My left shoulder I had no rotator cuff movement at all, my shoulder would only move by raising and lowering my shoulder blade. Before I couldn't play jump shots at all. Now I jump like a mad man. So I can't wait to see what happens when I have both shoulders in working order.
