Don't refs need to make split second decisions? All the balls need to stop moving

Who made it ? If you dont mind. I want something that heavy tooHere are photos of the KW shaft I borrowed from a friend until mine arrive. I am very pleased with this cue maker’s workmanship. The shaft looks and plays every bit as great as I hoped; this shaft is 12.6mm, 3/8x10, 4.01 ozs. I already
have a Barnhart roasted maple shaft (12.85mm, 3.81 ozs.) and the borrowed shaft actually exhibits less deflection than
my Barnhart version. The cue maker has sold hundreds of KW shafts so he isn’t new at it. The finish/appearance/feel
of his KW shaft is absolutely top notch based on what I’ve seen. You can’t judge the hit in a photo but it plays amazing.
It is the darker of the two KW shafts and fits 3 of my cues in the be.ow photo.; the other KW shaft is made by Cory Barnhart and only comes in radial so it only fits my Scruggs cue. I also have a 3/8x11 KW being made for 2 other cues.
They stole this from a bar table. It is clever use of a golf tee --- it allows only one ball to be released each lever pull.

I've had lessons in a couple disciplines and 'good player'/discipline notwithstanding, I picked up what I needed to know and went on.The guys were good players to begin with.
And in my experience, what good players do is listen to the instructor and throw out a lot of it and just keep the few things they feel are valid or apply directly to them. Unless an instructor hand-raised them from pups I'm don't think your point is valid. I've taken lessons from world champions and they do not get credit for my current level of play. What I got from those guys were interesting experiences, a few tidbits I still use to this day, and a couple of "a ha" moments that validate what they told me.
It's on the player: their base talents, work ethic, and how self aware and insightful they are of their own game.

Why tempt fate? Just wait an extra few seconds until all motion stops, or even, let the ref retrieve the balls (the latter of which might seem unsportsmanlike, not helping the ref). All the balls need to stop moving

What is this obsession with ball in hand only in the kitchen? Allows for ticky-tacky intentional fouls when opponent has balls only in the kitchen. Totally disagree. Fouls are to be punished not rewarded in certain circumstances.
