I don't feel it would be a foul. With the upstroke, you don't double hit the cue ball. The shaft gets out of the way. I did have that slow mo close up angle. I think that shows that it isn't a double hit. Or maybe I needed to go slower.
20 euro for a year, or 30 if you want to play other players seems very reasonable to me. Since I can no longer play physically I may do the free trial, hoping to love it enough to fork over the cash.
Now be kind fella's , I've been watching a few videos from years gone by where the ref is marking the pocket before the shot .
It's also one of the rules for playing in the VNEA pool league , it's a necessary rule in their way of thinking ????
