Lee Pepper Sneaky

Ah, the infamous Lee Peppers! I got (actually received it) one of his titlist conversions. It looks and plays really nice.
Since he has either no name recognition, or bad recognition, after how he finished up his cue making career I wouldn’t think there would not be a lot of value.
Just a WAG without pictures, but a sneaky with one shaft 300-400?

Drills to correct your alignment

Once a player starts playing specific position on every shot, there is only one right speed for the position they are playing. I think George's advice was not for those players; he was speaking to the players who tend to use four-length speed on many shots.

There are a few exceptions to this, such as straight shots that can be played with an entire range of speeds to achieve a precise position. The main exception for pro players is the game ball, and often they play that shot with their most comfortable speed, which is not pocket speed.
Nice explanation Bob....
Sigel was a great example of this.... obj ball had no rotation entering the pocket.
The sound of his hit pocketing the ball always had that ''slap'' sound hitting the back of the pocket.

WPBA US Open

I watched the final matched and the break looked like the Ko bros break but that's all I could tell. The combos were an oddity but that's all I could tell about 'em. RR had the two bad breaks that finished her off as well. Chou is a veteran and there was probably a ton on the match. One new thing I noticed, they took the big break and Chou did a take and went back for her purse. :ROFLMAO: WTF? Never seen that before. lol. Threw the strap over her shoulder and pressed the purse into her side as she walked off.
The great purse caper.

Going to try CF, any suggestions?

Companies' carbon-fiber shafts differ.

McDermott uses a shock-absorbing material intertwined in the carbon fiber, Smacwrap, to change its hit, sound and feel from the most-metallic acting carbon fiber shafts. Proof of a sort that it did that is that the shaft dropped on its tip on a pool table doesn’t bounce while other carbon fiber shafts do.

JFlowers’ SMO has two shock absorbers in the shaft (see figure for one of them). Who know what is in other shafts since the cuemakers won’t tell you.

Becue's advertisements sound like they are describing something that is wood and carbon fiber:
Prime II is where the feel of wood meets the performance and endurance of carbon fiber, giving players an unparalleled experience at the table. Designed to offer the best of both worlds, this shaft seamlessly blends the natural feel and flexibility of a wooden shaft with the stability and precision of a carbon fiber one.

There are shafts made of carbon fiber---but only inside---with wood outside. There might be something to this given many players’ positive responses to them. So far, wood-over-CF shafts include:
Predator Centro and C8; Mezz EX Pro; McDermott G-Core, i-Pro, i-Pro Slim, i-1 Big Boy, i-2, i-3; Pure X FUZE Kielwood Carbon Fiber InFUZED Solid Shaft; Lucasi Pro Carbon InFUZED 10S; Bear RB-1; Fury LC series, Fury ST2 Hybrid series, Fury Merlin; CueLees EX Solid (combo extraordinaire with CF-only on bottom few inches and wood/CF for rest of shaft), CT-1 & CT-2; OB Cues Fusion (no longer available); Predator BK3 Sport Break cue and its BK3CF shaft (not available on Predator website); Predator BK2 break shaft; JFlowers SMO-W.
Cuetec R360 (note its fiberglass ---not CF--- inside; Fiberglass exterior/Wood inside shafts: Cuetec Avid.

Thanks Paul for that detailed response.
