he was an old man by the time most even got to see him. he played real well when young. and decent until he got too old.
when i knew him he still played runout pool on a bar table. and could bank balls better than all but a few pro bankers..

most players did not like him as he always had money, got great action, beat the best in games, drove new or newer caddy's
and was the center of attention wherever he went.
but they almost all would put the bite on him and not pay back, and he gave it to them knowing that.

i was jealous of him as well. but didn't want to be him.

They both have pros and cons no doubt. i’ll play either way that my opponent wants to play, though.

i will also add that i mostly play on a permaracked table so making the corner ball with a second ball break isnt terribly difficult.

Diliberto used to have a proposition he would you play like 8 to 2 but he gets the break. He would put the cue ball about a foot from a rack and like 50% of the time or more he'd make the corner ball.

Deliberto also just fooling around playing cheap not necessarily in a tournament would beat you a high percent of the time immediately after your break. High percent of the time the balls on his side of the rack create a billiard into his pocket. He makes the billiard with outside English next thing you know he's on the other side of the rack running out.

what could have gone wrong. sending money to some new scheme.
with the person not even giving his full name or any address of a property.
and very little info about what it is.

did anyone here send money. if they did let me know where you play, so i can find you and make a pool game with you. seems to be a smart move.
better yet post it and lots will find you. so you will be in action all the time.
