Plays better one pocket and rotation too..?Doesn't change the fact that he plays better.

When they call you ''Mr.Finals'' you must be doing something right...Yes - and I heard Buddy Hall say as much about Sigel, strongly complimenting and admiring Sigel's ability. Buddy was a man with a huge ego (well earned, I might add) and belief in himself. He didn't hand out compliments. Varner was often quick to compliment Sigel as well. Whether you like Mike's personality or not is one thing....but, on the green felt, you can't question the level at which he played.
I would suggest that anyone research YOUTUBE and watch some of his old matches. As SJM stated, you can even see an "end of career" Sigel dust off a "prime time" Tony Ellin and Johnny Archer in one of his final US OPEN appearances (I think he may have ended up taking 3rd or 4th place?). He was a very special player.
Jay, I think the first recorded matches of the greats like Buddy, Earl, Efren etc. were not done until the late mid to late eighties, could it be said that we never saw footage of these champions in their prime..?Jose cleaned out Earl and a squad of backers playing Ten Ball the first time they met up.
Thank you so much for the screenshot. Let me see what I can do to fix this. Thanks a lott!!
This seems like a better setup than what we have in our area. Over a decade ago I think we figured the league operator was making about $25,000-$30,000 for himself per year just doing that. He then wouldn't book the room or airfare just give money to the winning team.BCA league operator can structure it however they want. In our league, the operator keeps 10%. The rest goes to pay the expenses for the teams going to Vegas. We typically have 7 teams with ~7 players per team. We pay $15 per night whether we play or not. We play 20 weeks over 6 months with a playoff at the end of the session... Then we repeat for the 2nd half of the year. That way, 2 teams get an all expense paid trip.
Great start…1. ban jump cues.
2. Spot all balls made on the break.
3. Change the main game to 8 ball with hayball sized pockets
